He has nearly perfect conformation with a big hip, low hocks, a nice sloping shoulder, a clean neck and throatlatch with a low headset. He stamps his colts with his conformation, they are all very uniform. Blue Spark Olena has a big stop and turnaround and he is exceptional on a cow with a lot of expression. He has as much try and heart as any horse that you will ever find. His oldest full foal crop are three year olds in 2007. His colts that are in training have a ton of cow and are very intelligent. Blue Spark Olena was shown by Shane Haviland and was the 2005 URCHA Year End Reserve Open Hackamore Champion, the 2004 URCHA Year-end Show Open Snaffle Bit Champion, and 2004 MRCHA Open Snaffle Bit Futurity Finalist (High Fence Score).

He has sired offspring that have won over 5.3 million dollars in NRHA, NRCHA and NCHA competion. He is the #1 All-Time Leading sire in Reined Cowhorse and the 1st NRCHA Million Dollar Sire. He is a 2 Million Dollar Sire in reining and he is the #4 All-Time Leading NRHA Sire. Blue Spark Olena is out of Smart Sugalena, a money earning and producing daughter of All-Time Leading Cutting Sire Smart Little Lena. She was a very pretty mare who was a finalist at the RMRHA Summer Slide and at several other shows.
